Community & Content Strategy Intern

Overview

• Strategic thinking around the brand and its DNA: objectives, target audiences, messaging, tone, KPIs and platforms to prioritize
• Development of the editorial strategy: determine and produce the content to be published
• Creation of a Community Management guide: which response for which situation?
• Visual enhancement of Instagram, Facebook, etc.
• Moderation of comments and private messages
• Assign messages to the customer service team
• Moderation of customer reviews
• Moderation of live streams
• Posting Stories, Reels and TikTok videos
• Produce reports and analyze the impact of measured performance
• Daily monitoring: research of content and trends
• Collaborate with our creative production team to create original content
• Design and organize special campaigns to grow and retain the community
• Possibility to assist the manager with influencer advertising campaigns
• Various administrative tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (2-, 3- or 5-year program) in Communication / Digital Marketing
• Impeccable writing skills (spelling, grammar, syntax)
• Strong web culture (social media usage, TikTok trends, memes, pop culture)
• Filming and editing Stories, Reels and TikTok videos
• Familiarity with social content design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
• Video editing skills are a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English is a plus
