The Challenge:
We offer you an enriching and empowering experience labeled HAPPY TRAINEES by ChooseMyCompany. You will work within the Marketing & Communication department, reporting to the Communication Manager France. This role offers a 360° experience in brand communication, covering media strategy, social media, press relations, influencer events, CRM and internal communications. You will support the deployment of the brand communication strategy for the French market, with regular coordination with Italy teams for alignment on Group-level strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Support media strategy across all channels (digital, press, influence).
- Manage social media (Facebook & Instagram) editorial calendar and reporting.
- Organise international press and influencer events.
- Develop PR tools: presentations, press releases, invitations, interviews.
- Manage media monitoring and analyse press coverage (online and offline).
- Produce daily reporting for Italy teams.
- Track and consolidate PR KPIs, print, web and social media.
- Animate website content around sustainability and corporate topics in coordination with Product & CSR teams (France and Italy).
- Support alignment of the annual CRM plan and validate materials with Italy.
- Write content for the internal newsletter.
- Animate the company intranet.
- Manage communication updates for the dealership network.
Graduated from or currently completing a Bac+3 minimum program at a Business School or University, with a focus on Communication, Media, Marketing, Journalism or similar. A first internship or company experience is required.
The skills required for this position are:
- Excellent written and spoken French and English
- Strong writing skills across formats (editorial content, press materials and professional reports)
- Genuine interest in communication, media, PR or content creation
- Creative, rigorous and proactive. Comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment
- Strong interpersonal skills. You will be in regular contact with press, influencers and Italy teams
- Attention to brand consistency and editorial detail
- Proficiency in Excel and Canva is a plus
