In this context, iCaur , Chery’s premium off-road brand founded in 2023, stands out for its modern design and innovative technologies. Responsibilities / Missions
As Creative & Media Manager , you will operate at a senior level within the marketing team, overseeing Digital, Media, and Events , ensuring the effective execution of iCaur’s marketing strategy:
- Digital & Content: Define and manage digital and content strategies across owned, paid, and earned channels; supervise creation and distribution of content to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Media & Performance: Plan and execute media campaigns, manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimize ROI; collaborate with media agencies to ensure performance-driven campaigns.
- Events & Brand Activation: Plan and execute brand events, product launches, press events, and experiential activations; ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Creative Governance & Coordination: Oversee all creative assets, maintain brand consistency, and coordinate internal teams and external agencies.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance and produce insights and recommendations to guide marketing strategy.
Profile / Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
- Experience: 5–7 years in digital marketing, media, and events, ideally in the automotive, premium, or luxury sectors.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of content strategy, digital tools, media planning, and performance tracking (KPI, ROI, reporting).
- Personal Qualities: Self-starter, autonomous, able to manage multiple priorities. Creative mindset, results-oriented, leadership skills, and experience coordinating teams and agencies.
