The Company
Kraken provides the platform for AI-driven energy management. We support European clients through technology transformation journeys, delivering long-term migrations and evolving operating models to enable better customer experiences and efficient operations.
Your Role
The Client Delivery Lead has direct responsibility for managing a tech domain (e.g., billing, finance, communications) for client projects. This can involve migrating onto the Kraken platform or coordinating long-term technology requirements. You will work in partnership with Kraken’s technology and operations teams as well as the client to deliver results.
You will need to understand how Kraken works, identify problems or requests from the client, and refine solutions that leverage existing and new capability. You will bring together technology, people and processes to drive improvements, and help the client adapt to Kraken’s development style. You will collaborate with Kraken’s product managers and developers to request development needs and act as a link to the client.
What You Will Do
- Manage the relationship with client counterparts (often product owners and business owners).
- Be the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation/resolution point for specific domain/product issues.
- Be the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how we deliver the Kraken Platform.
- Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally.
- Summarise and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines to enable ongoing development of the Kraken platform.
- Support the engineering team to deliver product features.
- Challenge the client to think differently about tech development and promote continuous iteration and deployment.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. The role is European-based and projects can be run from any country; travel is expected.

- Agile delivery experience
- Experience of product management and customer journeys
- Solid understanding of technology and trends
- Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional thinking
- Experience of working with complex delivery pipelines for clients
- Patience and initiative to support large transformations
- Time management and a get-stuff-done attitude
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Fluent English + French
- Previous experience in the electricity/utilities market in France is a bonus
