As the CHRO Chief of Staff apprentice or intern

You are the bridge between executive vision and operational excellence.

Working directly with our CHRO, you will support her in driving her day-to-day.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HR and shape the future of our human capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Projects Coordination:
    • Scoot on the web and through different strategic HR reports to identify HR trends (workforce, tech skills, remote work, etc.) and prepare key insights for the HR and Business team.
    • Support the CHRO in following the HR calendar and maintaining momentum (key deadlines, process updates).
    • Conduct analyses to facilitate decision‑making.
    • Help the CHRO to implement and track various AI HR topics.
  • Presentations & Coordination:
    • Prepare impactful presentations for the CHRO and various HR Centers of Expertise.
    • Coordinate with the entire Human Resources department—including L&D, People Ops, HRBP, TA, Transformations, and Rewards—to gain insight into their respective areas.
    • Schedule meetings & workshops (prepare agenda, keep time, summarize meeting notes with AI, and follow up on action items).
  • Budget:
    • Help track expenses for the HR department in close partnership with Finance.
    • Support Finance and coordinate with the budget owner in implementing new finance tools.

About You

  • Educational Background: You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Sciences) and looking for a long‑term internship or apprenticeship.
  • Operational Excellence Skills: You want to learn how to drive projects and design presentations in a structured and simple way, turning complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
  • Data‑Driven Mindset: You possess the capability to analyze metrics and data, transforming raw information into key HR insights to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity: Given your proximity to the CHRO, you demonstrate utmost discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Languages: You are fully fluent in French & English, allowing you to navigate effectively between our global strategy and local impact.

  • Previous experience as a trainee or trainees re‑conversion are welcomed.

How to Join the Mission

  • First call with Sarah (Talent Acquisition) to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer your questions (30 minutes).
  • Second interview with Aurora (HR Business Partner) to better understand your background and experiences (45 minutes).
  • Interview with your future manager Barbara (Chief Human Resources Officer) to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45‑60 minutes).
  • Your profile is validated, and you will be welcomed in our Parisian office.
