He/she manages and leads a sales team.**Job Description**SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIESBusiness development

  • Define the sales strategy for his area, based on the sales policy defined by management and in collaboration with his superiors
  • Contribute to the segmentation of customers and sales sectors in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams
  • Ensure the effectiveness of sales coverage within its perimeter
  • Analyze the market and monitor the competition to identify new opportunities (markets, customers, technologies, etc.)
  • Ensure the commercial development of its perimeter (prospecting, promotion of offers, portfolio management, etc.)
  • Coordinate commercial offers (sales, after-sales, etc.) to meet customer expectations, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Supervise invoicing of customer files
  • Ensure the resolution of customer disputes and the collection of accounts receivable, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure data updates in business tools (customer data, opportunities, competition, etc.)

Sales animation

  • Define and monitor the sales objectives of the sales teams within its scope and manage sales actions accordingly
  • Define, monitor and update indicators to track activity (coverage, customer visits, participations, etc.) and take corrective action where necessary
  • Maintain relations with financial organizations to optimize our sales offers. financing

Management

  • Ensure that resources (means, human resources, etc.) are correctly sized on the basis of activity, in collaboration with line management
  • Support and monitor the team(s) assigned to him/her (integration, skills development, etc.)
  • Participate in the application of HR policy (performance, compensation, etc.) in collaboration with Human Resources teams
  • Manage, monitor and control the working hours and absences of the team(s) assigned to it (hours worked, vacations, calendar, etc.), using business tools where necessary

  • Guarantees the development and sales promotion of its scope of activity
  • Ensure that the sales objectives of the area covered are met
  • Ensure that the sales strategy is applied and understood
  • Ensure that business tools (CRM, etc.) are used correctly

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEDIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)5 years' higher education in a commercial field and/or 5 years' significant experience preferred
