Job Purpose
Based on the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the Human Resources Manager implements the HR strategy for his/her area. He/she is in charge of personnel administration within his/her scope and is responsible for recruitment within his/her scope. He/she assists and is a privileged contact for internal stakeholders.
Significant Activities
HR Management
- Define and implement HR strategy, in collaboration with line management
- Define and prioritize actions and projects (time management, training, recruitment, etc.)
- Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the budget for its scope (monitoring of headcount, etc.)
- Manage compensation campaigns (variable portion, increases, etc.) based on HR strategy
- Manage and monitor business performance indicators (attrition rates, hiring, litigation, etc.)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of its scope (procedures, business tools, etc.)
- Monitor the competition and the market (business tools, compensation, etc.)
Individual Relations
- Support and act as a privileged contact for internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a calm labor relations climate to control legal risks (disputes, strikes, etc.)
- Handle disciplinary and litigation procedures within its scope
Labor Relations
- Maintain and lead relations with employee representative bodies (DS, CSE, CSSCT, trade unions), in collaboration with human resources teams
- Contribute to the implementation and ensure the legal follow-up of concluded agreements
- Organize elections to employee representative bodies, if necessary
Recruitment
- Implement the recruitment plan
- Ensure and/or supervise the completion of all stages of the recruitment process
- Support and advise business line managers on recruitment issues (profile definition, organization, etc.)
Personnel Administration
- Oversee the monitoring and administration of personnel within its scope (contracts, amendments, trial period, etc.)
HR Development
- Analyze training needs and define the skills development plan for its perimeter
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of the skills development plan
- Monitor and optimize budget management in the training field (budget monitoring, OPCO funding, etc.)
- Preparing statutory declarations and payments (apprenticeship tax, PECC, etc.)
Career Management
- Ensure and monitor career management (talent reviews, annual performance appraisals, etc.)
- Supporting and promoting mobility (needs assessment, framework, opportunities, etc.)
- Contribute to developing diversity (gender equality, disability, etc.)
Management
- Ensure that resources (means, human resources, etc.) are correctly sized on the basis of activity, in collaboration with line management
- Support and monitor the team(s) assigned to him/her (integration, skills development, etc.)
- Participate in the application of HR policy (performance, compensation, etc.) by collaboration with human resources teams
- Manage, monitor and control the working hours and absences of the team(s) assigned to it (hours worked, vacations, calendar, etc.), using business tools where necessary
Professional Knowledge
- Diploma(s) and/or experience(s): 5 years' higher education in human resources and/or significant experience preferred
- General knowledge of human resources (recruitment, personnel administration, etc.)
- General knowledge of project management
- Professional knowledge of legal issues (labor law)
- General knowledge of IT tools and information systems
- General management knowledge advanced – intermediate level (B2) in English
