Missions

Celltrion Healthcare France, a biopharmaceutical company specialized in the commercialization and distribution of biologic therapies, including biosimilars, is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Administration Specialist to join its team.

In an international and fast-growing environment, this position plays a key role in ensuring high‑quality customer service and managing orders from retail pharmacies and healthcare institutions.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and contributing to the delivery of high‑quality customer service.

You will act as the main point of contact between Celltrion Healthcare France, retail pharmacies, pharmaceutical wholesalers and healthcare institutions.

Customer relationship management with retail pharmacies

  • Receive and manage orders from retail pharmacies in coordination with our logistics provider until delivery
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Manage customer complaints in collaboration with internal departments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail pharmacists
  • Ensure the shipment of product documentation and insulated bags to pharmacies
  • Verify the proper application of commercial conditions, contracts and potential discounts

Customer relationship management with healthcare institutions

  • Manage the dedicated mailbox for hospital clients
  • Respond to inquiries related to hospital tenders and contracts
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams (Supply, Medical, Finance, Quality, etc.)
  • Manage requests related to services associated with hospital contracts
  • Ensure the correct application of contractual and commercial conditions
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction by ensuring the reliability of the information provided, reducing processing times for orders and requests, and encouraging internal teams and partners to meet their commitments.

Profile

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in customer service or sales administration , ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.

You demonstrate strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

You are known for your organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Education

Formation Bac +3 (BTS, DUT, Bachelor).
