Job Overview
As a customer relationship manager, you will be the first ambassador of our commitment to clients in the Centre d'Affaires Entreprises de Valenciennes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and retain a portfolio of about 60 active clients (PME/PMI) generating €3m to €50m revenue.
- Prospect and execute representation tasks that grow the agency’s business holdings.
- Prescribe new client acquisitions.
- Identify client needs, advise and sell banking and insurance products tailored to the customer.
- Ensure compliance with quality, profitability and confidentiality standards.

Requirements
- Degree BAC+5 with experience in business banking or client portfolio development.
- Experience as a business or professional relationship manager or as a chief of a retail banking branch.
- Excellent relational skills, commercial dynamism, and rigor.
- Persistence, result orientation, and a proactive mindset.
- Commitment to high-quality customer service.
