Job Description

You will join our team, which is looking for a Client Relationship Manager for a 2-year apprenticeship starting September 2026 .

Within Global Trade, you will join the Client Services relationship management team. You will work in coordination with Coverage, the various CIB business lines, Middle and Back Offices, as well as Sales for Cash Management for Corporates and FI.

In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:

Participating in the monitoring of a client portfolio, in collaboration with the Client Relationship Manager (handling daily requests, contract updates, administrative and commercial assistance);

Producing activity reports as needed, meeting minutes, client file updates (...);

Monitoring and updating various dashboards; Participating in projects to support Client Services in its transformations.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at Bac+4 level, you are pursuing a degree from a business school or university, with a specialization in Finance. You have good general, economic, and financial knowledge. You possess excellent writing, interpersonal, and synthesis skills. You are rigorous, enjoy teamwork, and know how to manage priorities. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
