Client Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Client Manager to join our Paris team.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to take ownership - managing projects end-to-end, building strong client relationships, and ensuring ideas are delivered with clarity and impact.

You’ll work on global consumer and luxury brands, collaborating closely with our creative and international team to bring retail and brand experiences to life.

What you’ll do

• Own projects end-to-end: from brief to delivery, defining scope, timeline and outputs
• Be the day-to-day client lead: managing relationships, translating needs into clear briefs, and guiding conversations with confidence
• Drive internal delivery: coordinating with creative teams to ensure ideas are executed to a high standard
• Keep projects on track: managing timelines, anticipating risks, and adapting priorities when needed
• Manage the commercial side: building quotes, tracking budgets, and ensuring project profitability
• Shape and sell ideas: preparing presentations and contributing to pitches and proposals

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years’ experience in a creative, design or agency environment
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Confident communicator - able to present ideas clearly and persuasively
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• A structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Sensitivity to design, detail and storytelling
• Experience in retail, luxury or global brands is a strong advantage
