As Data and Tools Governance Manager Europe , you will play a central role in restructuring data governance while being at the heart of the evolution of various business applications. Your main mission will be to structure and lead cross‑functional data and program initiatives while supporting teams through change management.

You will lead a team and ensure the coordination and implementation of RGM strategies across Europe. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and IT/Digital teams to ensure the consistency of initiatives and maximize their impact.

1. Data Quality, Governance & Structuring

  • Ensure data accuracy across the entire application ecosystem.
  • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies between systems.
  • Implement data control and validation processes.
  • Define and maintain data structuring and governance standards.
  • Lead data correction action plans with the relevant teams.

2. Inter-Application Data Flow Management

  • Ensure consistency of data flows between different systems.
  • Act as the owner of application interfaces.
  • Ensure reliable and efficient data exchange across tools.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system evolution and data exchange security.
  • Gather and analyze reporting needs from business teams.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Ensure consistency of KPIs and data sources.
  • Establish standards for data visualization and performance monitoring.
  • Support users in leveraging data for decision‑making.

4. PMO Coordination & Operational Excellence

  • Act as the link between PMOs responsible for tools under development.
  • Ensure alignment of data, indicators, and standards across projects.
  • Facilitate communication and consistency of practices across project teams.
  • Serve as the key interface with the Director of Operational Excellence.
  • Contribute to the structuring of processes, performance indicators, and overall performance management.

5. International Coordination & Continuous Improvement

  • Work with country teams to align data practices.
  • Lead data correction initiatives and associated timelines.
  • Implement automation tools for data quality checks.
  • Propose and drive continuous improvements to processes and tools.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …

  • Engineering degree with significant experience in managing complex projects.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within retail or large-scale distribution environments. Consulting experience would be a strong asset.
  • Proven experience in data governance, data quality, business intelligence, or data management.
  • Strong experience in dashboard creation and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a cross‑functional and multi‑project environment (PMO, IT, Business teams, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent structuring and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
