You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
Brand Activation Advisor
- Establish and manage brand relationships for all marketing topics, inclusive of online and offline activations, conversion-oriented digital projects and data sharing.
- Advise on brand investment in animations and budget monitoring.
- Develop and coordinate overall strategy for brand growth by defining a personalized activation roadmap with all levers allowing to improve performances, consistently in all Sephora’s ecosystem in all European countries.
- Support our Merchant team strategy and Offer priorities by building an adequate animation strategy for each brand.
- Lead relevant key external meeting with brands (negotiation, kick-off for launches, business reviews, quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly meetings…)
- Analyze all elements of the brands performances to identify areas of opportunity and share relevant data with partners.
- Work in total consistency with merchant strategy and in duo with category managers of the assigned brands.
Animation developer
- Build with the brands and internal experts powerful activation toolboxes for different Sephora programs.
- Lead the development of 360° supports with brand marketing specialists in collaboration with internal experts: creative, merchandising, ecommerce, CRM, social media, media, RP & training.
- Lead all internal key marketing meetings to guarantee project execution and perfect communication within all teams.
Country advisor
- Serve as the main marketing contact on brand activations for countries & support local teams on all brand animation subjects.
- Ensure the deployment of EU strategy across the region.
Cross-Functional Marketing Lead
- Build partnerships cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization.
- Define process and ways of working.
- Pilot business relation with external partners.

- Graduated from business school.
- Minimum 8+ years project management experience in retail / digital marketing.
- Extremely strong ability to collaborate, work with different teams, in different countries and lead cross functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to develop brand marketing strategies and strong relationships/partnerships with brands.
- High-level problem solving and analytical skills, working well within ambiguity and navigating a complex business.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills both in French and English.
- A deep passion for beauty.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
