You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
- Management of a team of talents (6/8 people)
- Analyze the market, track trends and set Sephora's priorities to attract customers to the brand and create differentiation.
- Analyze the market, track emerging trends, and strategically define Sephora's priorities to captivate customers and establish unparalleled differentiation within the Makeup category.
- Contribute significantly to the definition of the Makeup category roadmap, ensuring the category's overarching strategy is meticulously implemented in close partnership with the global team, our countries, and in seamless collaboration with all internal departments.
- Drive the successful launch of new brands across the European markets, strategically integrating them into our assortment to solidify Sephora's leading position in Europe, covering white spots
- Manage a diverse portfolio of brands, fostering robust partnerships to define priority projects within Sephora. This includes the definition of differentiating 360‑degree marketing plans for key launches, media and social media, trade marketing, e‑store, CRM, training, and sampling initiatives.
- Cultivate close partnerships with brands on their strategic development, product development, and through discussions on commercial terms alongside brand partnership teams (marketing investments, New Item Process, purchase prices, returns, space allocation, promotional strategies, and newness forecasts).
- Oversee budget management, assortment planning, merchandising updates, forecasting, stock levels, and comprehensive sales analysis.
- Assume responsibility for the effective communication of the category strategy to the markets, demonstrating the ability to convince and simplify, as well as diligently monitoring the proper execution of the brand portfolio.
- Lead transversal projects, including tools improvement, process transformation, and team workflow optimization.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices across all category management activities, in alignment with other categories such as fragrance & care .

- 10/15 years of experience in category management, marketing and/or Key Account Management. Retail & Digital expertise would be a plus.
- Cross‑functional management experience, ideally in an international context (fluent English)
- Ability to have an overall and strategic vision while delivering excellent execution (details, speed, thoroughness)
- Business oriented & strong analytics skills
- Prior leadership experience in leading teams effectively
- Solution‑driven & agile mindset; excellent ability to build relationships.
