Welcome to RIMOWA , the first German brand in the LVMH Group.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional to join the Global Controlling team, covering 27 entities. You will contribute to a wide range of missions, primarily focused on distribution activities (Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale), as well as other elements of the consolidated Distribution P&L. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive and international view of management control in a demanding and stimulating environment.

As a Distribution Controller at RIMOWA, you will have the opportunity to grow within a leading global luxury group. You will work in a dynamic, international environment where independent, solution‑oriented work is part of your day‑to‑day responsibilities.

Your responsabilities :

As part of the team, your responsibilities will include:

• Consolidate and analyze market performance (sales and profitability) in close collaboration with regional finance teams.
• Monitor retail performance: profitability by store, sales per FTE, sales per sqm, and like‑for‑like evolution.
• Monitor Capex: review, challenge, and validate investment requests and revisions.
• Support sales and profit forecasting through monthly landing updates.
• Prepare monthly reporting (sales, profit, KPIs) for the Chief Commercial Officer and CFO.
• Prepare weekly sales reporting for COMEX, Fashion Group, and LVMH.

Your profile :

• Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in retail controlling or audit.
• Strong business partner mindset and ability to support day‑to‑day performance analysis.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic, and team‑oriented.
• Strong analytical skills; autonomous; proactive; curious; excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to synthesize and communicate clearly; strong numerical accuracy.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Knowledge of SyRUS, Think‑Cell, Power BI, and Anaplan is a plus.
• Reason of the fixed‑term contract: Maternity leave cover.
