We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Digital Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective digital learning experiences that empower our employees/clients to thrive. You will translate (complex) information into clear, concise, and interactive digital content, utilizing a variety of multimedia tools and instructional design principles.

Your responsibilities :

Instructional Design & Development:

  • Design and develop innovative and engaging digital learning modules, courses, and resources (e-learning modules, video tutorials, interactive simulations, infographics,)
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective and impactful training solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with learning objectives.
  • Develop clear learning objectives, assessments, and activities to measure learning outcomes.

Content Creation & Multimedia:

  • Write, edit, and optimize engaging and accurate learning content.
  • Utilize various authoring tools (Canva, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Pitchy, Yoobic) to create interactive and visually appealing digital training.
  • Develop and integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance learning experiences.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Manage multiple training development projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, within established timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including, SMEs and IT support.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and address any challenges proactively.

Evaluation & Improvement:

  • Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and impact through various metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Continuously research and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices in digital learning.
  • Iterate and improve existing training content based on feedback and performance data.

Job responsibilities

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital learning development, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in designing and developing engaging e-learning courses and digital training materials.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Yoobic, 360Learning).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into easily understandable content.
  • Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have:

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) administration and content deployment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with SCORM and other e-learning standards.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques to measure learning effectiveness
