Carrier Manager

The Carrier Manager is responsible for the operative management of carriers and expanding the carrier network to meet the needs of our customers.

What You Will Do

• Ensure punctual and efficient disposition of transports; coordinate loads and calculate freight prices with carriers.
• Act as first point of contact for carriers, monitoring and delivering required customer service level.
• Continuously monitor and control logistics KPIs (in‑time delivery, transit times, delivery exceptions, etc.).
• Investigate root causes of delivery failures and implement measures to improve delivery performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners and manage operational processes.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service.

What We Are Looking For

• Completed logistics, commercial, or hospitality education; freight‑forwarding experience is a plus.
• Enjoy solving complex challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial ambition and strong organizational skills.
• Resilient, stress‑resistant, and multitasking orientation.
• Fluency in English; other European language a plus.
