WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Senior Carrier Manager, you'll drive the strategic development of our carrier network across the sennder platform while maximizing carrier performance and profitability. You'll own capacity planning, carrier negotiations, and relationship expansion to ensure we meet customer demand with consistently high service quality

Build strong relationships with trucking company key contacts (owner operators, dispatchers, and drivers)

Drive long-term strategic capacity plans and allocations with our carrier partners through dedicated account management

Develop new and expand existing carrier relationships via targeted outreach and referral networks
