Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Business Head to lead overall business growth, revenue strategy, and client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, excellent decision‑making ability, and deep understanding of the events and experiential industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business strategy, revenue planning, and growth execution.
• Drive high‑value client acquisition, partnerships, and long‑term retention.
• Manage and mentor business development and client servicing teams.
• Oversee pricing strategy, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor business performance, pipelines, forecasts, and targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business leadership (events/experiential preferred).
• Strong network and proven track record in closing large deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Preferred (Nice To Have)

• Experience leading multi‑city / national business expansion.
• Strong understanding of brand events, corporate events, and exhibitions.
