Purpose
- Drive marketing strategy and customer acquisition
- Increase visibility of MTN products
- Identify growth opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute full marketing strategy (page 2)
- Manage brand positioning, campaigns, and customer experience
- Oversee digital marketing, SEO, and partnerships
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy
- Lead and develop marketing team
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–5 years+ experience in marketing leadership
- Background: Marketing, Communications, Commercial
