Business Development Manager – Commercial Risks

• Identify new opportunities and develop new markets in Commercial Risks
• Develop and present tailored commercial proposals
• Prospect, negotiate, and close new contracts in line with the Group’s strategic direction
• Monitor the insurance market and developments in P&C insurance solutions
• Lead responses to calls for tender
• Grow the portfolio through cross-selling, account penetration, and customer retention
• Manage and support the sales team in achieving its objectives

Requirements

• Expertise in Commercial Risks and property and casualty (P&C) insurance
• Strong knowledge of key commercial insurance contracts, mechanisms, and market challenges
