Experienced Business Development Manager – BFA Practice Lead

• Develop and retain a portfolio of key accounts, primarily in the banking sector
• Implement a business development and new client account acquisition strategy
• Build customer loyalty by establishing trust-based, partnership-oriented relationships
• Develop and present tailored commercial proposals in collaboration with technical managers
• Close sales
• Monitor the successful delivery of services
• Support and guide the consulting team

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Significant initial experience in an IT services environment serving the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFA) sector
• Interest in IT, particularly cybersecurity
• Ability to manage an enterprise sales cycle
• Strong command of the fundamental techniques involved in B2B services sales
• Customer- and results-oriented mindset
• Sufficient technical understanding of Information Systems
• Strong writing skills required for responding to RFPs and tenders
• Fluency in English is essential
