Responsibilities

• Identification and analysis of customer needs.
• Consolidation and drafting of specifications for internal consultation.
• Identification and estimation of quality, cost and deadline targets for customers.
• Creation and update of customer files on the CRM.
• Drafting of methods and best practices.
• Evolution of the job descriptions.
• Update of the commercial RETEX.

• Higher education in business or technology; main drivers are listening and proposing pragmatic solutions adapted to customer needs.
• Ability to identify latent needs of customers and propose solutions beyond what they can express.
