Business & Commercial Operations Partner – France

Location: Auvergne–Rhône-Alpes (three days per week onsite)

Salary: €75,000 – €80,000 basic

Our client is a global MedDevice company dedicated to diabetes care, with a long heritage in insulin delivery solutions. As the French organization continues to grow, we are seeking a Business & Commercial Operations Partner to support our local commercial teams across planning, reporting, analytics, and operational excellence.

This position is ideal for mid‑level professionals (approx. 4–7 years of experience) who enjoy working close to the business—combining data, process optimization, and hands‑on commercial performance support.

Your Role

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance sales reports, forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards for the French market
  • Provide analytical and operational support to Sales and Marketing teams, including annual planning, target setting, and budget processes
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of CRM and reporting tools, and support the adoption of systems such as HealthCloud
  • Conduct market, customer, and product analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Support sales incentive calculations, operational processes, and internal commercial governance
  • Prepare clear, insight‑driven presentations for the Country General Manager and commercial leadership
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders in the French commercial organization

Your Profile

  • 4–7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Commercial Finance or related fields ideally gained from the Healthcare environment
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Structured, reliable, hands‑on, and detail‑oriented working style
  • Fluent in French, confident in English
  • Enjoys collaborating with commercial teams and improving processes to drive operational effectiveness
