About the Opportunity
A leading international technology company is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across France within the industrial, hospitality, manufacturing, and textile services sectors.
This is a highly autonomous role focused on winning new business, building strategic customer relationships, and managing complex consultative sales processes from initial engagement through to contract signature and implementation.
The company provides innovative automation solutions that help organisations improve operational efficiency, optimise logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance service performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across industrial laundries, hospitality groups, manufacturing organisations, and textile service providers.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across the French market.
- Engage with senior stakeholders including Operations Directors, Procurement Managers, Facility Managers, and Executive Leadership Teams.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop compelling ROI-driven business cases.
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with operational and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in B2B business development or solution sales.
- Experience selling complex solutions, services, equipment, software, automation technologies, or operational improvement programmes.
- Background in one or more of the following sectors: Industrial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality, Textile Service, Workwear Rental, Capital Equipment, Automation Technologies, SaaS / Technology Solutions
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on sales execution.
- Fluent French and professional English communication skills.
