Brand Manager

Role Overview

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Own and evolve our brand narrative. Develop messaging frameworks that translate complex product features into clear customer benefits.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline the creative production process. Write clear briefs, manage the roadmap, and create efficient workflows to ensure campaigns ship on time and on brand.
• Campaign Execution: Oversee day-to-day brand activations (product launches, events, digital ads) from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistency across channels.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the brand authority. Align Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a unified voice and visual identity.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor the European landscape and competitor moves to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in Brand Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Tech.
• Strategic & Operational: Comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands‑on execution. Can write a positioning doc in the morning and review ad copy in the afternoon.
• Product-Centric: Understand that Brand serves the Product. Obsess about understanding what we build and why it matters to our customers.
• Creative Judgment: Strong eye for creative work. Able to evaluate creative work, give actionable feedback, and push for quality.
• Business Oriented: Connect brand work to business outcomes (pipeline, conversion, retention).
