What would your future role be
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Own and evolve our brand narrative. Develop messaging frameworks that translate complex product features (e.g., Skello Intelligence) into clear customer benefits.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline the creative production process. Write clear briefs, manage the roadmap, and create efficient workflows to ensure campaigns ship on time and on brand.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee day‑to‑day brand activations—product launches, events, digital ads—from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistency across channels.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Act as the brand authority. Align Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a unified voice and visual identity.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor the European landscape and competitor moves to identify opportunities for differentiation.
What we'd love to see in you
- Experience: 3‑5 years in Brand Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Tech.
- Strategic & Operational: Comfortable moving between high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution. Write a positioning doc in the morning and review ad copy in the afternoon.
- Product‑Centric: Understand that Brand serves the Product; obsessed with understanding what we build and why it matters to our customers.
- Creative Judgment: Strong eye for creative work, evaluate creative work, give actionable feedback, and push for quality.
- Business Oriented: Connect brand work to business outcomes (pipeline, conversion, retention).
