Brand Manager – Paris – Full‑time
Job Description
At Skello, we build the go‑to HR solution for planning and managing frontline teams. In Europe, frontline teams represent 50% of the workforce, yet only 20% of digital solutions are truly designed for them. Skello was created to fill this gap with a collaborative and intuitive platform that simplifies day‑to‑day tasks for managers and employees by optimising and automating the activities that drive impact.

Core Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Own and evolve our brand narrative. Develop messaging frameworks that translate complex product features into clear customer benefits.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline the creative production process. Write clear briefs, manage the roadmap, and create efficient workflows to ensure campaigns ship on time and on brand.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee day‑to‑day brand activations—including product launches, events, and digital ads—from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistency across channels.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Act as the brand authority, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a unified voice and visual identity.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor the European landscape and competitor moves to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years in Brand Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Tech.
- Strategic & Operational: Comfortable moving between high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution, able to craft positioning documentation in the morning and review ad copy in the afternoon.
- Product‑Centric: Understand that Brand serves the Product, obsessed with what we build and why it matters to customers.
- Creative Judgment: Strong eye for evaluating creative work, providing actionable feedback, and pushing for quality.
- Business Oriented: Connect brand work to business outcomes such as pipeline, conversion, and retention.
