About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues on-site in France.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network connectivity.
- Use remote support tools and ticketing systems to document issues, track resolutions, and escape complex problems when necessary.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and hardware components.
- Coordinate with higher-tier support teams for issue escalation and resolution follow-up.
- Maintain an organized inventory of hardware and software assets and ensure proper documentation of support activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop management
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and network issues
- Hands-on experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work on-site in France and participate in rotational support
- Preferred
- Knowledge of Active Directory and IT asset management
- Prior experience working in a support engineering role in a corporate environment
