The B2C Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer relationship management, development and satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers, while actively contributing to the growth of our company in this key market.
As part of a dynamic, international team, we offer you a motivating salary package consisting of a fixed part based on your experience and a variable part.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of sales and ensure personalized follow-up with potential customers for the Spanish market, answer incoming calls and emails.
- Work with customer service, maintain customer satisfaction.
- Build partnerships with recognized actors in the Trading market to develop ProRealTime's notoriety.
- Carry out targeted sales campaigns and actions such as emailing and preparing for and participating in special events.

Profile sought
- Perfect fluency in Spanish and a professional level in English. Fluency in Catalan would be a real advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong argumentation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments such as marketing, web design, and legal.
- You know how to work independently and have excellent capacity to adapt to new situations.
- Ability to get out of your comfort zone to solve business problems proactively.
