B2C Sales & Account Manager - Italian market
We are seeking a B2C Sales Account Manager to manage customer relationships, drive development and satisfaction, and contribute to growth in the Italian market. You will develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers while collaborating with an international team. A motivating salary package is offered, with a fixed component based on experience and a variable component.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of sales and ensure personalized follow-up of potential customers for the Italian market, answering incoming calls and emails.
- Collaborate with customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Build partnerships with recognized actors in the trading market to increase ProRealTime's visibility.
- Execute targeted sales campaigns and actions such as emailing and preparation for and participation in special events.
Qualifications
- Perfect mastery of the Italian language and a professional level in English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong argumentation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments (marketing, web design, legal).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new situations; proactive in solving business problems.
