Your mission

  • Build and manage business cases to support the sale of upgrade solutions through Service Bulletins, ensuring compliance with ATR commercial policies and target margins.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to perform retrofit technical and cost analyses, defining accurate financial assumptions.
  • Define customer pricing by integrating kit and equipment costs.
  • Manage the SAP catalogue for Service Bulletins and kits, including creation, updates, and continuous monitoring.
  • Ensure cost and price availability of spare parts and kits in SAP, coordinating with Procurement.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and consistency of SAP master data related to Service Bulletins (BOMs, part numbers, articles).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including processes, tools, and methods, ensuring compliance with ISO requirements.
  • Act as the key focal point for upgrade pricing tools and support ongoing digital transformation.
  • Manage subcontracting activities within the perimeter, ensuring contractual compliance and validating monthly subcontracted volumes prior to invoicing.
  • Manage a customer portfolio by preparing commercial offers, supporting service sales teams, administering Service Bulletin and kit purchase orders, and monitoring production, delivery, invoicing, and customer down payments.

About you

  • Field of study: Business, Sales support, Engineering, Marketing, Project management.
  • Technical skills: Engineering knowledge of the aircraft and its systems; understanding of the after‑sales environment; financial and business case creation; supply chain and logistics constraints; project management and continuous improvement; strong process, method, and tool skills.
  • Soft skills: Creative, autonomous, customer‑oriented, good communication, team spirit, proactive.
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus).
