AOG Desk Officer – Customer Support & Services
ATR is seeking a dedicated AOG Desk Officer to join the Customer Support & Services Directorate in the team of Jérôme Polychronis.
Your Mission
- Support ATR operators with all AOG material requests.
- Ensure high quality and responsiveness in handling airline requests, optimizing delivery performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and providing ATR expertise for all AOG material needs.
- Manage incoming requests (mail and phone) coming from airlines, lessors and MRO in a stressful environment.
- Administrate orders, including sourcing, logistics operations, delivery and transport.
- Coordinate and interface with customers regarding the ATR spare parts order process.
- Evaluate, challenge and select in autonomy the best option available to solve the AOG situation.
- Ensure on‑time delivery or obtain the best lead‑time for all spare and services orders to match customer AOG expectations or contractual commitments.
- Maintain proactive and continuous communication with airlines and internal stakeholders with all relevant information.
- Ensure recurrent follow‑up of the orders backlog.
- Resolve customer claims (lost packages, damaged equipment, missing certification documents, order cancellation, …).
The AOG team is available 24/7, 365 days a year, operating through 8‑hour shifts (7:00 am‑3:00 pm, 3:00 pm‑11:00 pm, 11:00 pm‑7:00 am).
About You
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in airline, MRO or customer services is a plus.
- Requires autonomy, initiative, and strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality customer service in demanding situations.
- Extensive customer interaction requires the ability to communicate effectively in English – both verbally and written. Italian is a plus.
- Expertise on SAP or another ERP environment.
- High communication skills with focus on customer satisfaction.
