Job Description

Atr, a joint venture between Airbus and Leonardo, is the world’s leading manufacturer of regional aircraft, offering a new generation of turboprops. ATR delivers innovative, sustainable air travel to communities worldwide. We are looking for a FAL Logistic Support (Shopfloor Material Controller) to join Xavier’s team of 20 collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and manage parts and equipment linked to production need dates.
• Manage refused parts, ensuring document traceability, new part replenishment, or cannibalisation according to process.
• Analyse and communicate missing parts to the production group, ensuring alignment with the production schedule.
• Analyse and manage logistics flow, participating in its continuous improvement.
• Participate in the daily production meetings (TRAP/ROP, SQCDP, etc.).
• Address issues reported by workstation material controllers.
• Prioritise allocation of parts and equipment during supplier crises.
• Maintain and update activity data in production tools (ACPnG, MES, etc.).
• Analyse and resolve bill‑of‑materials (BOM) anomalies.
• Address logistical bottlenecks, coordinating short‑ and long‑term resolution.
• Train new employees and conduct regular activity reviews with workstation material controllers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAL logistics domain.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a production/activity controller.
• Technical skills: proficiency with SAP PGI, SAP PEA, ACPnG, MES, and other production tools.
• Soft skills: teamwork, effective communication with varied interlocutors, autonomy, and proactive problem‑solving.
• Fluency in French (Italian is a plus).
