ATR - Inventory Planning Engineer/Manager

• Inventory control : + Be accountable for the worldwide inventory investments and the performance of his perimeter of spares parts (around 30 million dollars). + Be accountable or support for the sizing and the performance of one pool of parts dedicated for the PBH services. + Be accountable for the availability off-shelf of spares parts (fill rate) + Be accountable for the Buyback analysis. + Be accountable for the balancing of stock among the worldwide warehouses (Paris, Miami, Singapore, Auckland). + Analyze the global safety stock and adjust if necessary. + Analyze and propose action plans to improve the Inventory Coverage. + Reduce the inventory Surplus + Cooperate with all the other services within Product & Services dpt.: Customer Order Desk, Spares Operations Control center, US and Singapore affiliates, Sourcing, Spares pricing, GMA, Working parties, Logistics, etc...
• Forecast & Planning : + Analyze the customer demand and its trend, + Analyze the non-performance situations and find a solution, + Adjust the Forecast Demand in order to adjust the purchasing orders, + Analyze the not transformed RFQ and define an action plan, + Calculate the procurement forecast and communicate to the supplier / supply dpt.
• Inventory Management : + Coordinate & follow the Customer Return activity with internal Services (Warehouse, Logistics, Repair, Quality, Front Offices), + Be the focal point for all communication with internal Services, + Performing weekly meetings on the activity, + Manage all the project meetings review, + Monitor or Support the activity with specific KPIs: Inventory status, dismantling progress, buy-back orders status, inventory reception status, …
• Projects and reportings : + Lead transversal projects (inventory and related to IT Dpt.), + Develop and analyze performance reporting in order to improve the Inventory Activity
• This role will involve regular travels for business – Up to 5%
• Graduated with +5 years degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or commerce
• With at least 3 years' experience (demand analysis, forecasting, supply chain and finance. Logistics experience will be a plus)
• Technical skills / knowledge: Professional in Excel, SAP. Power

BI + APS/MRP will be a plus

• Interpersonal skills: Enthusiasm, Coordination skills, Autonomy, Analytical skills

• Diplômé de +5 ans en logistique, chaîne d'approvisionnement, businnes ou commerce
• Avec une expérience d’au moins 3 ans (analyse de la demande, prévision, chaîne d'approvisionnement et finance. L'expérience logistique sera un plus)
• Compétences techniques / connaissances : Professionnel en Excel, SAP. Power

BI + APS/MRP sera un plus
