Drive growth through strong relationships and market development
You will have full commercial responsibility for your territory, from market development and customer acquisition to negotiation, contracting and long‑term account growth. You operate autonomously, close to the customer, and represent KOMPAN as the trusted commercial partner in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and deliver annual revenue, margin and sales targets
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across France and Italy
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with QSR franchisees and decision makers, and Construction managers, architects and project managers
- Manage the full project sales cycle from first contact to closing and handover
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations in line with company policies
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and reporting
- Act as KOMPAN’s commercial ambassador within the territory
This is a highly autonomous role in which you plan your own agenda, customer visits and site inspections.
Travel & location
- The role requires frequent travel (approximately 50–70%) across Southern France and Italy
- The position can be based anywhere within the territory or in a strategically well‑connected European location (good access to airports and high speed rail is essential)
- Home office is combined with regular customer and site visits
A commercial profile with strong customer focus
You are a commercially strong, relationship‑driven sales professional who enjoys working internationally and independently.
We expect you to:
- Live near a major airport in the South of France or Italy (Lyon, Marseille, Milan, Rome…)
- Have proven field sales experience, ideally in project‑based or solution sales
- Be comfortable managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Be fluent in French, Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Be a confident storyteller and negotiator
- Work in a structured and disciplined way with strong time‑management skills
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Office and adapting to design and ERP systems
- Enjoy travelling and working across cultures
- Bring a positive, proactive and persistent sales mindset
- Are willing and able to travel 50% of the time
