Key Responsibilities

• Design robust, scalable, and business-aligned ServiceNow architectures that support enterprise transformation goals.
• Advise clients on defining their ServiceNow roadmap , ensuring alignment with industry best practices and long-term value realization.
• Lead both functional and technical design , ensuring sound architectural decisions and arbitrating solution choices when needed.
• Actively contribute to key project phases, including scoping, workshops, design authority, and product governance .
• Ensure overall platform consistency and promote effective use of the CDE framework (CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM) across implementations.
