ITAM Technical Consultant – ServiceNow

Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead – SAM (Financial Services) Location: France Contract: Up to 5 years

Our client, a global IT Consulting organization, are hiring a hands‑on ServiceNow Tech Lead / Architect to drive a long‑term SAM implementation in financial services. The successful candidate will design workshops, design solutions, build key components and ensure platform excellence end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, guide stakeholders and shape platform design.
• Build solution components, oversee technical delivery and conduct peer reviews.
• Maintain HLD/architecture docs and write clear technical stories.
• Deliver demos and support UAT to capture feedback.

Skillset

• ServiceNow SAM Implementation Specialist certified.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with ITAM/SAM modules.
• Proven track record as a Technical Lead / Principal Consultant.
• Strong platform architecture, design and best‑practice expertise.
• Skilled at workshops, demos, UAT support and high‑quality story writing.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
