Apprentissage : Data Analytics for Customers Satisfaction Surveys and Quality Targets management
Inside the Stellantis Group Global Quality Division, the team in charge of “Product Quality Customers Surveys & Targets” must optimize the IT tools used for managing data collected from all Regions worldwide and to define quality targets for all new projects as well as serial life production.
Responsibilities
- propose and develop improvements for the management of quality data from various customers surveys (collection, cleaning of data, harmonization across different surveys & Region, reporting preparation,…)
- propose solutions, calculation models to prepare automaticaly quality targets for all vehicles and technical domains based on the analysis of the market trends in each technical domain (engine, navigation systems, connected services, …)
- develop PowerBI solutions to improve the communication to all quality teams in the company: displaying surveys results and quality targets with multiple filters

Qualifications
- Bac + 3 or MASTER
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- IT Database
- Autonomie, prise d'initiative, adaptabilité, esprit d'analyse.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office
