Finance process transformation (M/F)

Job Mission

Map the current finance activities, support in change management and process enhancement. Support to finalize the industrial accounting data synthesis process.

Task Description

• Work closely with finance to map the current activities, to perform the reporting activities identifying bottleneck to enhance.
• Support in the identification of more operational/Not value-added task to redesign.
• Support in streamlining and enhancing finance operations.
• Promote and share best practices.

Profile & Education

We are seeking a structured, curious, and improvement-oriented candidate with strong analytical capabilities and interest in finance transformation.

Preferred Education (Master's Degree Or Equivalent)

• Finance, Accounting, or Audit and Control
• Management, Strategy, or Project Management with specialization in Finance
• Information Systems or Digital Transformation

Skills/Competencies Required

• Languages: English/French proficient.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to map and compare activities, analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver synthesis and presentation.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Technical skills: Proficient in Excel. Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Copilot; Power BI, Power Apps Knowledge is welcome not mandatory. Financial skills are needed, accounting knowledge is welcome but not mandatory.
