About the job

This is a position within the Global Quality Supply team, offering exposure to key quality processes and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Suppliers Management scope: Preparation of Quality Agreements, renewal and data clean‑up of supplier databases; participation in projects to harmonize practices; communication with internal stakeholders and end‑users.
• Transport & Distribution scope: Preparation and participation in site quality reviews; onboarding of new transport partners; preparation of Quality Agreements; contribution to specific projects in collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
• Global Quality projects (support to the CQO): Support on excellence and continuous improvement initiatives; contribution to performance tracking and KPI monitoring.

About you

• Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.
• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Skills & competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); curious, motivated, and eager to learn; proactive with strong attention to detail; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
