About The Job

This is a position within the Global Quality Supply team, offering exposure to key quality processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Suppliers Management Scope

• Preparation of Quality Agreements
• Renewal and data clean-up of supplier databases
• Participation in projects to harmonize practices
• Communication with internal stakeholders and end‑users

Transport & Distribution Scope

• Preparation and participation in site quality reviews
• Onboarding of new transport partners
• Preparation of Quality Agreements
• Contribution to specific projects in collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain teams

Global Quality Projects (support To The CQO)

• Support on excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribution to performance tracking and KPI monitoring

About You

• Education: You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology.
• Languages: You are fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Skills & competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
