The Human Resources Department at Moët Hennessy Corporate is looking for a Junior HR Analyst to support HR Controlling and Compensation Review Process.
Job responsibilities
HR Controlling - Corporate scope
- Participate in Budgetary Processes by assisting in setting budget forecasts by conducting thorough quantitative analyses on past and current trends.
- Monitor actual HC and Staff costs against allocated budgets on a monthly basis.
- Promptly identify any significant variances and understand their reasons to take or suggest corrective actions.
- Regularly prepare accurate reports on payroll mass, HC, etc., to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Perform various ad hoc analyses as required by the HR department or management
Individual Social Reports– MH SAS scope
Develop and update individual social reports annually in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Ensure clear and confidential communication when delivering these reports to concerned employees.
Profile
Education and Professional Experience: Holder of a master’s degree in human resources or financial Controlling with proven successful internship or apprenticeship experience.
Qualifications:
- You are meticulous and conscientious, known for your adaptability and commitment.
- You have a service-oriented mindset and team spirit, with an ability to communicate not only with your team but also with company managers or team members.
- You are discreet with a sense of confidentiality.
- You are very comfortable using and leveraging HRIS Payroll systems and query tools.
- You have a good understanding of social legislation and payroll rules.
- You speak a professional English.
- You have very good command of office tools especially Excel and SuccessFactors.

Duration: 12 months
Location: Paris, 7th arrondissement
- 75% reimbursement of public transportation costs
