Apprenticeship - HR Assistant – Talent & Development (H/F)
As an HR Assistant – Talent & Development (Apprentice) based in Paris, you will join the Global HR team of MH Wine Estates.
Reporting to the Global Talent Development Manager, you will work closely with the HR community across MH Wine Estates and the broader Moët Hennessy organization, as well as with cross‑functional teams beyond HR. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to contribute to key moments of the employee journey — from talent attraction to development — while gaining hands‑on experience across talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Emerging Talent (Interns, Apprentices, VIE)
- Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for interns, apprentices, and VIEs (job descriptions, postings, screening coordination, pre‑screenings, candidate follow‑up).
- Assist in onboarding and off‑boarding processes for interns, apprentices, and VIEs, ensuring a smooth and structured experience.
- Contribute to the animation of the Emerging Talent community (integration sessions, events, engagement initiatives).
- Participate in LVMH group‑level Emerging Talent initiatives and support the cascade of actions locally.
- Support relationships with schools and early talent pipelines.
Talent Management & Development
- Support the Global Talent Development Manager on various transversal talent development initiatives (Rise communication and follow‑up, Career Compass organization, etc.).
- Assist in the coordination and deployment of learning and development activities (training logistics, planning, and follow‑up).
- Contribute to the identification of training needs and support the implementation of the learning plan.
- Monitor and track learning and talent development activities, including training attendance and completion.
HR Projects
- Contribute to transversal HR initiatives and projects (internal communication, onboarding programs, engagement, and related topics).
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials.
- Contribute to HR data tracking and reporting (monthly reports, HR metrics, dashboards).
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices.
Communication & Engagement
- Contribute to internal HR communication (announcements, newsletters, content creation).
- Support the preparation of content for townhalls and MHWE Talent community calls.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, analysis of feedback, and follow‑up actions.
- Help maintain and improve HR platforms and internal communication tools.
HR Generalist Support (Paris Team)
- Support the management of HR invoices and tracking of HR‑related costs.
- Contribute to the organization of employee events and initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding and off‑boarding processes for employees.
- Provide support in handling HR‑related inquiries and liaise with relevant teams (People Shared Services, HRIS).
Profile

- Are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Business School or University) with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- Have gained initial experience in Human Resources through internships or similar experiences.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
- Are interested in talent development, organizational topics, and employee experience.
- Enjoy working with data and are comfortable with analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong Excel skills.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Are organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
- Are fluent in English; French is a plus. As an international division, English is the working language at MH Wine Estates, requiring the ability to work and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.

Location: Paris, 7th arrondissement
- 75% reimbursement of public transportation costs.
