Job Description
You will join our team within the Communications department of Natixis Investment Managers, part of the Asset and Wealth Management division of Groupe BPCE, which is seeking a Communications Officer for a 2‑year apprenticeship starting in September 2026 .
You will report to the Head of Internal Communications and will liaise with various company departments (HR, Communications, Design, Business, etc.) and different regions (US, Europe, Asia).
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the intranet site by writing and publishing articles, and creating assets (web banners, visuals) to share company news and highlight projects (commercial successes, events, news from our affiliates, Group information relays, etc.);
- Producing the weekly newsletter by formatting articles, preparing its distribution, and monitoring KPIs;
- Creating content (visuals, videos, posters, infographics, etc.) for our employees (Natixis IM and its affiliated management companies);
- Ensuring all our internal communication materials are updated (particularly regarding the progress of our Strategic Plan, the publication of results, etc.) to ensure they remain consistent with the company's strategy;
- Participating in the preparation of internal events and their logistics (creating and managing invitations, tracking registrations, coordinating internal and external speakers, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- As a BAC+4 level student, you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Communication.
- You are proficient in Canva, InDesign, and the Office suite. Knowledge of Wordpress, Adobe Premier Pro, and Sharepoint would be a plus.
- You are skilled in photo and video shooting, production, and editing.
- You have initiative and attention to detail. You are creative AND versatile.
- And last but not least, you are fluent (or almost) in English.
