Job Description

You will join the European Management Control team within the Finance department of the Natixis Investment Managers Holding, which is seeking an Assistant Management Controller for a 2-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026 .

In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Taking charge of the reconciliation process for intercompany transactions between the group’s affiliates.
• Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing phases, as well as budget and forecast phases.
• Participating in the analysis of closing data (P&L, AUM, and Staff).
• Drafting activity reports and documentation on the group’s key KPIs for management.
• Communicating with affiliates (financial departments, management controllers, etc.) and assisting them in the finance process.
• Maintaining, developing, and improving Excel models used to build financial reports and analyses for the scope and by company (Income Statement, Assets Under Management, Headcount, etc.).
• Communicating with management controllers based in Paris and Boston.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+5 level student, you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in finance, management control, or accounting‑audit.

You have a good command of the Office suite.

Knowledge of SAP Business Consolidation tool and asset management is a plus.

Rigorous, curious, and analytical, you have a strong appetite for numbers and excellent problem‑solving skills.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
