Job Description

You will join our team, which is looking for a Management Controller Assistant , for a 2‑year apprenticeship starting in September 2026 .

Natixis Investment Managers' Group Finance Department, a group with a strong international presence, is seeking a Management Controller Assistant for a work‑study program starting in September.

As a Management Controller Assistant, your mission will be to produce reports to monitor activity and participate in the production of reports for forecasting purposes. You will also be responsible for controlling and analyzing monthly results and budget variances, as well as producing ad‑hoc activity reports and regulatory reports. You will report to the Financial Manager of the Private Equity activity.

In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Update templates and produce monthly reports to ensure relevant activity monitoring (P&L, outstanding amounts, and risks);
• Collaborate with private equity affiliates for analysis and information gathering/reporting;
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of results, data and outcome control, and calculation of variances between actuals and forecasts (budget and forecast);
• Provide relevant financial analyses to inform on activity and its forecast variances;
• Produce regular regulatory reports and ad‑hoc activity reports & analyses as needed;
• Collaborate with NIM Holding Finance & affiliates teams (France/Europe/Asia/USA) for ad‑hoc reporting needs;
• Propose innovative improvements to management reporting;
• Participate in ongoing transversal projects (IT) aimed at continuous improvement of production tools (if required).

As part of this Group Finance support function, you will interact with numerous stakeholders from various departments such as the financial, legal, and compliance departments of affiliates within the asset management/private equity division located in very different geographical areas: Europe, North America, Asia.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• As a BAC+4 level student, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance/Management Control.
• You have a good command of Excel.
• You are curious, rigorous, have an appetite for numbers and a results‑oriented mindset, as well as strong analytical and synthesis skills, and good writing abilities.
• You are organized, respecting rules, processes, and deadlines.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork.
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
