Job Description

You join the HR Development expertise center within the Human Resources Department of Natixis CIB, which is looking for an In charge of Management and Reporting for a alternation of 1 to 2 years from September 2026 .

The Human Resources Department supports front lines and support functions by providing them with advice and value‑added solutions in their various projects and challenges for transformation and skills development.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be to:

• Participate in transversal HR projects and projects;
• Contribute to the implementation, development and production of HR reports and dashboards;
• Make HR processes and associated data quality more reliable and improve;
• Coordinate control missions (audit, conduct,...) on the scope of HR CIB;
• Ensure to animate the HR front community NCIB (information meetings, reflection workshops, change management, ...).

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

Student at the level of Bac+4/5, you prepare a Master’s in Human Resources and have an interest in data analysis professions, HR data and/or HR projects.

You master Excel and have an appetite for numbers.

You have a strong interest in HR project management.

You know how to demonstrate rigor and reliability.

You are autonomous and have the ability to manage priorities, deadlines and deadlines.
