Job Description

You will join our team within the HR Department of the AWM division, which is looking for a Social Law Legal Counsel , for a 1‑year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.

Natixis Investment Managers' legal department manages the HR legal affairs and social relations for this group of companies. Within our department, composed of 6 people, you will be under the responsibility of a social law legal expert and liaise with the HR and RRH (Regional HR) departments.

In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Participate in the activities of the Social Relations and HR Legal Affairs Service, responsible for legal issues related to individual and collective labor relations;
• Assist department staff in the following tasks:
  • Legal research and/or drafting of summary notes on collective labor law topics in preparation for employee representative committee meetings or collective negotiations;
  • Participation in the organization of meetings with employee representative bodies;
  • Management of individual cases, legal analyses in individual labor law, drafting of legal documents (amendments, various letters), participation in litigation management, social monitoring.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• As a BAC+5 level student, you are pursuing a university degree with a specialization in Social Law.
• You have a good command of Word and PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of Excel.
• You thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment.

• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
