Job Description
POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our Expert Models & Advisory (EMA) team who is looking for a Credit Risk Analyst, for a 1-year apprenticeship from September 2026 . The team evolves in a very stimulating environment where exchanges with risk experts and the Front Office are permanent to develop and follow methodologies/models for measuring credit risks (Rating and LGD) developed on an expert basis or requiring strong business/sectoral expertise.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Provide support for the conduct of analyses carried out as part of the quarterly backtesting presented in internal committees and assist the analysts during the drafting of summary documents for users.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring on rating topics and sector risk monitoring and participate in updating the procedures related to the rating system.
- Contribute to the improvement of the tools used for scoring (in particular, account analysis and scoring tools).
- Participate in exchanges with the Front office professions concerned by the methodologies followed, as part of the development of rating methods, but also questions about the application of the methodology on atypical cases.
- Intervene in support of recalibration or redesign work on existing customer rating methodologies, taking into account regulatory requirements and changes in business sectors (financial and sectoral analysis, benchmarks from the analyses of rating agencies).
This position is based in Paris with the possibility to work from home.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at the BAC+4 level, you are preparing a university degree from a business school or an engineering school, with a specialization in Economics, Finance or Statistics. You have experience in the field of risks, master financial analysis and have knowledge in credit risk and the professions of structured finance, Corporate and Financial Institutions. You master the Office Pack, possess a spirit of synthesis, rigor, good writing and oral presentation skills, and are autonomous. You are perfectly fluent in English.
